6 Wedding Midnight Snack Ideas

The term mid night snack may not be something you automatically connect to a wedding but they sure are becoming more and more popular. What exactly is it? Typically it a small food portion that is served during the reception once the speeches and toast are out of the way. Midnight snacks are the perfect little pick me up for not only guests but the married couple as well. These types of foods are casual and great way to personalize them to the bride and grooms style.

Are midnight snacks the right choice for your wedding? Midnight snacks are not incredibly necessary if you are planning on ending the party around 11 p.m. Short receptions means guests will leave early and will probably still be full from dinner. On the other hand if want the part to go on, midnight snacks are a must. They are the perfect pick me up to keep the party going. Guests are sure to build up an appetite from drinking and dancing all night long.

A good option to have is to not interrupt the dancing and partying with the snack options but instead have them out there for the guests to get on their own. Serving them as a grab and go is great idea to keep in mind.
