Tips To Calm Nerves Before Walking Down The Aisle

 The day you have been counting down is finally here. With the big day comes some pre I do nerves. It is perfectly normal to have these jitters but you don't have to let these get the best of you. 1. Trust The People Around You

Your wedding day jitters maybe due to wanting your wedding day to run smoothly. It is important to trust the people you have assigned tasks to. Know that they will take care of problems that may arise. Know that the day is in good hands and you can enjoy every moment of it. 





2. Accept The Imperfections

With that noted it is great to be able to accept that things may go wrong. Nothing in life is perfect and that is perfectly okay. You have to know that even if your wedding day doesn't happen according to what you had planned it doesn't mean your day is ruined.  Accept these little obstacles with open arms and make the most of them. 


3.  Think Of Positive Memories

Replace those negative feelings with good memories of you and your partner. Keep the energy light and happy. Think of all the laughs and kisses you both have shared through out your relationship. This would be the perfect time to read a letter from your partner if that is something you plan on incorporating. 




4. Share This Feeling

It is much better to share how you are feeling instead of keeping it to yourself. Voice any anxious feeling you may have so that your friends and family may guide your through it. Talking about it out in the open is sure to help you feel better. 


5. Refuel

Take a moment to sit down and refuel. That means have a bite to eat and drink some water. Being hungry or dehydrated can have an affect on your nervous system. So remember to have snacks with you and don't forget that water.
