It's time to go wedding dress shopping and perhaps you might come across more than one dresses that really captures your heart. That is when the question begins on whether you should have more than one dress. It doesn't even have to be another dress it could be any other look. When Should You Make The Switch?

Making a bridal look switch takes a bit more planning than your typical one bridal look. You don't want to miss out on anything important when you make the switch so when would it be best to make it? You should look into changing between the ceremony and reception. Especially because there is that change of tone between these two events. You can also look into doing it during cocktail hour or after dinner to get ready for the dance floor. 








How Many Looks Should You Have?

It is your wedding day so in the grand scheme of things you can make as many changes as you would like. But there are some things to keep in kind when deciding how many to do. Each look change can take from 15 to 30 minutes. This means that you would miss out on some of the fun of the wedding. So you might want to do just two looks. But there are brides that have done up to three bridal looks.

You may have multiple looks planned but when should you wear each one? You'll want to keep in mind that the ceremony look will probably be the most photographed. So which look would you want to see the most of in photos? Most brides will pick something that is timeless and traditional but it is totally up to you. 

The reception is where brides like to show off their fun side. It is perfect for the party vibe. You can go for a shorter dress or even a suit for a more comfortable feel. This is also a great time to switch off the heels for some comfy flats or tennis shoes.
