Sometimes things can get a little awkward with prolong periods of time where guests are just waiting around. It makes the day feel long and you don't want that. Give your guest some food and drinks to talk over during these gaps.

I think we can all agree that parking is something that is important in any situation. So make sure that your venue has plenty of parking for your guests. That is very important to think about when selecting a venue. If there is no onsite parking make sure it's close enough to walk to the venue and let your guests know where it's going to be. 4. Bad Weather 

We know there is no way you can predict what the weather is actually going to be the day of your wedding. But that doesn't mean you can't be prepared incase things take a turn. Guest just want to have a back up plan if it starts pouring you can move somewhere indoors. If it's too cold you can have blankets for them. These things will go a long way and make everyone happier.
