What Not To Do When Wedding Dress Shopping

Congratulations on saying yes now it's time to say yes to the dress! Let's get the wedding dress shopping to begin. But before we do, we would like to share some tips to make this experience the best it can me. Here are somethings you should not do when wedding shopping. We hope these tips will lead you to the dress of your dreams.

Don't Be Easily Influenced

It's easy to let the opinions of others influence you to choose a dress you might not be too sure of. We say be cautious of that. This is especially true if you bring a big group to wedding dress shop with you. It's important that you remember that no one knows your taste like you do. So keep and open mind but at the end of the day be sure that the dress is something you really want.

Don't Stick To Just One Silhouette

When researching wedding dresses you may find that some are flattering to certain body types. However, when trying on dresses that doesn't mean you have to stick to just one silhouette. This is the time to explore and see which one seems more like you.

Don't Say Yes To The Dress Too Quickly

Although you think you've found the perfect dress with the first try on we think it's important to still keep on trying on other gowns. You can always circle back to the first one but you don't want to limit yourself to one. You want to try at least 10 gowns to get a feel of what you really want.

Don't Think A Have To Wear White

We are in a new era of weddings and more brides are sticking to their own style by ditching the white gown. There are so many options to choose from. You can be bold with a black gown or lighter with a sky blue. It's all up to you and your style.
