These things can some back to you in a negative way so be sure to double think it. We hope these tips will allow you to have a great wedding day and enjoy your wedding planning journey. Let's get started.

1. Avoid Covering All Expenses For Bridal Party

Having your group of people you love with you at your wedding is such a beautiful feeling. So when it comes time to choosing your bridal party be sure to let your girls know their expenses. You might feel like you have to pay for their expenses but you shouldn't have to. Letting your girls also know their expenses lets them be able to determine if it's within their budget to be a part of the party. You can offer to pay for some things if you want to lend a helping hand but it's best to be clear on what you will be helping with.

2. Don't Invite Everyone You Know

Now that you're engaged you want to shout it at the top of your lungs and let everyone know. You might even start inviting everyone. Although that would be great in theory it just isn't realistic. Think about who you really want there on your day. It's important to really think about it because once you invite someone you can't uninvited them.

3. Avoid Falling For The First Of Everything

What we mean by this is to keep your options a bit open. When choosing your vendors, venue, and wedding dress it is all so exciting and new. It can be easy to get caught up in the beauty of it all without really exploring what other options you have.

4. Don't Let Your Parents Take Over

It's nice to have opinions from others and have them give some input when you seek it. It's also good to not let it influence you and your wedding day completely.  Parents can sometimes start to take over wedding planning which can be a little frustrating so it's a great idea to set boundaries. Let them know that you value what they have to say but ultimately this is you and your partners big day.  Talk about what aspects you would like your parents to help in with your partner.
