Avoid These Beauty Treatments Before Your Wedding

Your wedding day is almost here and of course  you want to look your very best. You might be thinking of getting that facial you have always wanted to try or a new facial serum that you have heard great things about. Although these all sound amazing and tempting there are somethings to avoid. Trying new things that your not used to can irritate your skin. There is nothing worse then having to deal with redness or a rash from new treatments.

So we are here to help guide you through what you should and shouldn’t do beauty wise leading up to your wedding.

New Skin Care

Now a days new products are getting introduced to us on a daily. From influencers showing off pretty packaging to ads we get on television. Trying something new can seem tempting but we suggest staying away. Even if you don’t think you have sensitive skin. It take time for you to get used to new products. That can mean it can cause breakouts or even chemical burns. Be sure to stick to your normal routine. And if you do want to try something new do so about 6 weeks in advance.

Looking Sun Kissed

This is especially true for brides that are going to have a tropical destination wedding. You are probably going to want a sun kissed look. This means tanning either on a tannin bed or out in the sun. You are going to want to avoid too much of this. You’re going to want to take it down on the time you spend getting tan. Apart from sunburn not looking cute it can also be painful.

Major Hair Changes

You want to feel your most true self on your wedding day so we recommend not going with any crazy changes to your hair. Stick to your natural hair color or color you normally rock. Your going to want to only do touch ups on your current style.

Teeth Whitening

You of course want a pearly white smile in all of your wedding photos but we suggest doing so with time to spare. Getting your teeth professionally and even white strips can make your teeth sensitive. You don’t want to spend your wedding day with aching teeth. Be sure to have this done a couple weeks before the big day.
