Healthy Tips For Looking & Feeling Your Best On Your Wedding Day

For your wedding you want look and feel amazing but that doesn’t only happen through outside pampering. Building a healthy diet and making small changes to your usual habits can make all the different. There are so many benefits that come along with this that won’t just last for your wedding but carry on into your daily life. It is important to take care of your body especially when going through the stress of wedding planning. Don’t get us wrong wedding planning is very exciting but can also become stressful.

Get Your Greens In

Greens are very important in an everyday diet and most people will admit that they struggle with intaking the right amount. Some people just don’t like the taste of veggies. We have an easy solution. Smoothies! Adding greens to your fruit smoothies is easy and almost painless if you don’t enjoy the taste. You can start by adding spinach to a mostly fruit smoothie and build from there. There are also powdered green that can be added. 

Apple Cider Vinegar 

Over the last few years apple cider vinegar has gotten some mainstream attention due to it’s amazing benefits in topical and nontypical uses. It can be good for shine hair if you rinse your hair with it. It is also claimed to help your skin and provide antioxidants. You can drink it buy adding a teaspoon or two to warm water to dilute it. The taste is strong but can be mixed with honey or lemon to mask the taste.  Do be sure to rinse your mouth after drinking the acidity of the vinegar can be harmful to your tooth enamel. 

Take Time For Yourself

Wedding planning can get stressful so remember to take some time to yourself to relax and unwind. Excess and prolong stress can not only weaken our immune system but even cause breakouts.  So regular Me Time to de-stress and relax is ever so important. Taking a bath, meditating, even taking a walk around the neighborhood are all great ways to destress and get your mind at ease. 

Get Your Exercise On 

This step isn't so much about how you looking but more about for your overall health. Exercise doesn't have to be done to loose weight or look a certain way. It is good for keeping your mind and overall body healthy. Do exercises that you enjoy doing. Whether that be yoga, running, or dancing. It is all up to you.
