Should You Have An Outfit Switch During Your Wedding?

Who said that you can only wear one dress or outfit on your wedding day? Brides love to express their style and go all out for their wedding day. Sometimes you fall in love with more than one dress and you want to wear both of them on your big day. Although having a bridal look transformation during your wedding is common, it't not fit for everyone. Here are some things to think about before deciding how many outfits you need.

1. Budgeting

This is always a big factor when it comes to anything wedding related. Before you decide to purchase a second dress or a second outfit pay attention to your budget. Do you have enough to accommodate for it? Is there something else you can skip on to have another outfit? There are ways to have multiple outfit without breaking the bank. Look for detachable skirts and trains that transform your wedding gown into two different looks.

2. Setting

Think about the setting you are having in your ceremony and reception. Most brides like to do a switch of looks between these two times. If you feel like your wedding dress works for your ceremony but want your reception to be less formal having an outfit switch would be great. Perhaps you're thinking of having an after party in which you don't want a big wedding dress. This would also be a great time to have an out fit switch into something more fun.

3. Climate

It might be warm during the day at your wedding but at night it can get colder. If you are having an outdoors wedding having a second bridal look would be perfect to keep you warmer. You can add a custom jacket or a chic pantsuit.

4. Scheduling

Every bride feels like their wedding day just flew by in the blink of an eye. With so much going on having a schedule for everything is a must. Before deciding on having an outfit switch think about your timeline. Do you have enough time to do it? When would you do it? This should all be taken into account.
