Tips To Help You Feel Calm On Your Wedding Day
The big day has finally arrived and there can be a lot of different emotions that come with that. You can be happy and excited, even feeling nervous is completely normal. It's a big mile stone so you want everything to be perfect and if you aren't good with a lot of attention on you then this can also make you feel nervous. No need to worry because we have some tips to help you relax and enjoy your wedding morning.
Light Exercise
Doing a light workout like yoga or even going for a morning walk can be a great way to start your wedding day. Moving your body is going to help with any anxious feelings you maybe having. It's also going to release endorphins that give you that happy boost. So take some time to yourself and put on your favorite playlist or podcast to help center you on your big day.
Limit Caffeine
If you were up the night before and feeling tired your thought might be to have a cup of coffee for an extra boost of energy. We would suggest limiting that. Caffeine can enhance those anxious feelings. If you do think you need a but of energy try going for a small amount of coffee or try matcha. Matcha on average has less caffeine than coffee but your energy will last for a longer period of time.
Journal
Journaling is a great way to focus on how you are feeling and getting them down on paper. Having that way of expression can really help improve any nervousness you may have. Take a few moments from your morning to journal about anything that might be bothering or some positive feelings you may be having as well.
Spend Time With Your Pet
Your pets are always going to be there for you and can even help calm you. On your wedding morning spend some extra time with them. You can cuddle them and even take them on a walk that can also help you keep calm.
